Our LDPE PQC Sheets are specially manufactured for use as a separation and slip membrane between Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) and Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC). The sheet helps prevent bonding between the two concrete layers, reduces frictional restraint during slab movement and restricts the loss of cement slurry and moisture from freshly placed concrete. Its uniform thickness, flexibility and strength make it suitable for highways, airport pavements and other heavy-duty concrete pavement projects.
Effective Separation Layer: Prevents direct bonding between the DLC base and the PQC slab.
Low-Friction Interface: Allows controlled movement of the concrete slab caused by temperature variation, drying and shrinkage.
Moisture and Slurry Barrier: Helps restrict the loss of water and cement slurry from freshly placed concrete into the underlying layer.
Uniform Thickness: Provides consistent coverage and dependable performance across the pavement area.
Flexible and Easy to Install: Can be conveniently unrolled, overlapped and adjusted over the prepared DLC surface.
Tear and Puncture Resistance: Withstands normal handling, foot traffic and installation activity when placed on a properly prepared surface.
Highways and Expressways: Installed between DLC and PQC layers in rigid concrete pavement construction.
Airport Runways and Taxiways: Used beneath concrete pavement sections requiring uniform separation and controlled slab movement.
Industrial Concrete Pavements: Suitable for factories, warehouses and heavy-duty industrial flooring exposed to frequent vehicle movement.
Container Terminals and Logistics Yards: Used beneath concrete pavements designed for heavy vehicles and material-handling equipment.
Parking Areas and Toll Plazas: Provides a separation membrane beneath rigid concrete surfaces subject to continuous traffic.
Urban Concrete Roads: Suitable for municipal roads, bus corridors and other concrete roadway projects.
Heavy-Duty Pavement Projects: Used in ports, freight terminals and infrastructure projects according to approved engineering specifications.
