Our Filler Masterbatches are mineral-based compounds developed to optimise raw-material costs and modify selected physical, visual and processing properties of plastic products. The range includes Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch, Sodium Sulphate Filler Masterbatch and PBAT Filler Masterbatch. Each grade is formulated using a suitable polymer carrier to provide uniform dispersion, convenient dosing and reliable processing across films, woven products, moulding and extrusion applications.
Product Range
High Mineral Dispersion: Fine filler particles are uniformly distributed in a suitable polymer carrier.
Cost-Effective Formulation: Helps partially replace higher-cost polymer resin and optimise overall production economics.
Consistent Processing: Free-flowing granules support accurate dosing, uniform mixing and stable production.
Property Modification: Can adjust stiffness, opacity, density, surface appearance and dimensional stability.
Multiple Carrier Options: Available with PE, PP, PBAT and other compatible carrier systems.
Easy Handling: Granular form is cleaner and more convenient to use than loose mineral powder.
Customised Grades: Filler loading, carrier resin, colour and performance properties can be tailored to the application.
Blown and Multilayer Films: Used in suitable shopping bags, garbage bags, liners, packaging films and industrial films.
HDPE/PP Woven Products: Applied in woven sacks, woven fabrics, raffia tapes and related packaging products.
Injection Moulding: Suitable grades can be used in household goods, containers, furniture components and other moulded products.
Extrusion Applications: Used in compatible pipes, profiles, sheets and extruded plastic products.
Non-Woven Fabrics: Suitable for selected hygiene, agricultural and industrial non-woven applications.
Thermoformed Products: Used in compatible sheets, trays, containers and disposable products.
PBAT-Based Products: PBAT filler grades are suitable for compostable bags, garbage bags, flexible films and selected mulch-film formulations.
For PBAT applications, the biodegradability or compostability of the finished product depends on the complete formulation, dosage, manufacturing process and compliance testing of the final product.
