ADDITIVE MASTER BATCHES

Our Additive Masterbatches are concentrated functional formulations designed to improve the processing, appearance, durability and end-use performance of plastic products. The range includes modifier compounds, optical brighteners, antistatic, slip, anti-slip, anti-block, anti-fog, antioxidant, UV-stabiliser and PLA/PBAT-based bio-additive grades. Each formulation can be customised according to the polymer, manufacturing process and required performance.

Product Range

  • Modifier Compound: Improves selected properties such as strength, flexibility, impact resistance, surface finish and process ability.
  • Optical Brightener Masterbatch: Enhances brightness and reduces the dull or yellowish appearance of white, natural and recycled plastic products.
  • Antistatic Masterbatch: Helps reduce the accumulation of static electricity on plastic surfaces, thereby limiting dust attraction and handling difficulties.
  • PLA/PBAT-Based Bio-Additive Masterbatch: Uses a compatible biodegradable or compostable polymer carrier to introduce selected functional additives into PLA/PBAT-based products.
  • Anti-Slip Masterbatch: Increases surface friction to reduce unwanted movement between stacked bags, sheets or packaged products.
  • Anti-Block Masterbatch: Reduces adhesion between adjacent film layers and facilitates easier opening, unwinding and processing.
  • Slip Masterbatch: Lowers surface friction to improve film handling, winding, bag opening and movement across processing equipment.
  • Anti-Fog Masterbatch: Helps prevent the formation of fine water droplets that reduce transparency on the inner surface of films.
  • Antioxidant Masterbatch: Protects polymers against oxidation and degradation caused by processing heat and long-term exposure to oxygen.
  • UV-Stabiliser Masterbatch: Helps protect plastic products from discolouration, brittleness and property loss caused by ultraviolet radiation.

Concentrated Formulations: Delivers functional additives through convenient and controlled dosing.

Uniform Dispersion: Helps distribute additives evenly throughout the finished plastic product.

Improved Processing: Selected grades support smoother extrusion, moulding, winding and conversion.

Enhanced Product Performance: Can improve appearance, surface behaviour, durability and mechanical properties.

Polymer Compatibility: Available for PE, PP, PLA, PBAT and other compatible polymer systems.

Application-Specific Grades: Formulations can be designed according to processing conditions and end-use requirements.

Customised Solutions: Additive concentration, carrier resin and recommended dosage can be tailored to customer needs.
